A home inspection is an essential part of buying a home. If you are a first time buyer the inspection report will provide you with the info you will need to maintain and improve your new home. You will be informed of items needing attention right away as well as items that you can plan for in the future. The exterior, grounds, garage, and interior will be inspected. This includes all the rooms, windows, doors and everything that is accessible and visible. Major mechanical systems (HVAC,electrical and plumbing) will be tested and inspected. Once complete, you will receive a detailed PDF copy of the report via email for you to review and have for your records.
